Have you used the Abgymnic muscle toner?
I got it today off www.play.com
It gives you electric shocks so your muscles contract, supposedly toning them.
The different modes change sharply and it can really hurt.
I was using it on my ‘abs’ and it suddenly shocked me really bad, causing me to cringe in pain and rip it off. All my muscles contracted really quickly and i couldn’t breathe. I think its really dangerous.
Have you used it or something similar?
I get very nervous when putting it on because it randomly starts and increases in voltage very quickly, just one press can cause severe pain.
I will probably stop as i’d rather exercise loads than get fried. It was only a fiver though so oh well.
I’ve used it. You have to start on a low electric setting and your body will get used to it. I don’t know if it works, because it hurt me too much to keep doing it, but I know the next day when i woke up I was sore. I dont think you’ll get huge results because they are very minor contractions. You’re better off doing exercise on your own.
