which shoe is better for high school long distance track?
The shoes are either the Nike Air Zoom Vomero+ 4 or the ASICS® Gel-Cumulus 11. The shoes are about the same price on eastbay. i run the 3200m mostly and the mile. Please add why you like the shoe you recommend (durable, good waterproof, lighter, more comfortable, etc.) Thank you!
The asic 2140’s are one of the best distance shoe you can buy. They have good support and they will last you a long time. I have worn them and they feel great on my feet and to my legs. Highly recommend them.
