who makes the best resistance bands? bodylastics, ripcords, etc.?
why?
their was really no difference in the ones ive bought, the only difference would be weight resistance. there are 5 lbs up to 50 lbs of resistance bands, so that would be the only diffrence feom my experience. the last one that i bought was gold gyms exercise bands where it gives you 3 changeable options of working out with 10 lbs – 50 lbs of resistance, where as some only comes with one.so the best depends on you and since they are inexpensive, you can try out different brands.
