i have 3 kg weights
and 5 kg weights
a rowing machine
and a resistance band.
can u name some exercises i can do to improve my upper body strength for when the rugby season rolls back around again…cheers

None of the things you’ve mentioned allow you to increase the resistance you’re training against. Overloading your muscles is the only way to build strength.
You need to get to a gym if you wantto build strength. The equipment you have will let you tone your muscle and increase endurance, but not strength.
