What is a good dvd for exercise beginners?
I’m terribly out of shape and need to lose a LOT of weight. I want to start a DVD workout routine, but do not know which one I should get. I’ve been using Wii Fit for the last week or so and really like the rhythm boxing part. Are there any DVDs out there similar to that? Or what else do you suggest?
