Working out at the gym?
I’m almost 14 years old and starting high school in spetember. I weigh about 150 lbs and I’m 5′5″. I would like to lose some weight. I really like the elliptical and the bicycle machines at the gym. The treadmill hurts my ankles because I have flat feet. What can I do to lose weight in mostly my stomach area and my thighs and legs? How long should I use the machines and at what setting? Thanks.
I’m also trying out for volleyball late august.

im 15.i go to the gym, and i am also trying to get fit before school! Try to find a machine that will tone up your abs, or it never hhurts to just do simple crunches.! hope i helped. click this link it will show you about the machine.
