How do i stop the pain from braces?
i got my braces today and they didnt hurt until now. i cant take any meds because the meds i have i cant take and so i have to wait about 2 and a half hours for advil or motrin. i tried ice but that makes it worse right now all i do is eat something soft and that makes it better. plz help.
I just got my braces too. They do hurt!
Well, one thing you can do to stop the pain is take your mind of the braces. Call up a friend and have a little chat, be silly, laugh out loud…
Ice cream helps too, it’s soft and cold, but if the ice made it worse i don’t know about the ice cream…
