Building Toner
how can i build but mostly tone my muscles?
I want tone muscles but I want to build more muscle too cuz I’m fairly skinny. What’s the best way to do this. I lift a lot of weights and I have taken a whole bucket of creatine after all my workouts. I’ve noticed a difference, but obviously my body is different or I’m not doing something right. I’m just not getting the results I want. I’m 6′3 170lbs and I’d rather weigh about 185 and stop getting comments about how skinny I look. I’ve improved from 155 to 170 so I know I’m doing something right, my shoulders have gotten broader from bench, abs are toner but still too much fat in my opinion and i do hundreds of situps every workout, and my forearms are slightly bigger, but the last few months I can’t gain an oz of weight. Is there a better creatine brand out there or type? I just use the one wal-mart sells, I guess that’s probably not the best choice. Should I try something else such as protein, cuz I’m really going for a tone look not bulk really. Should I try less weight more reps?
Light weight with high repititions. Use creatine before your workout and follow up your work out with a protein shake. Be sure to lift in muscle groups (chest/back, arms/shoulders, lats/abs……abs always.)
