What is the most comprehensive calorie counting website?
There are so many out there: CalorieKing, Daily Plate, Fit Day, etc., so I was wondering if anyone had any really great experiences with a certain website?
I do! I actually use calorieking a lot. I personally like it over other ones because you can change the portion size to see the amount of calories if it’s not the same portion you eat. And they provide a pie chart of how much protein/fat/carbs is in each. ALSO, they state how many minutes of exercising you need to do to burn off the particular food….OH! and my favorite part about it is that it provides nutrition facts for foods at fast food places and restaurants. So before you go out to eat somewhere, it’s nice to check on there prior so you can make the healthier choice. I love it! Hope that helped.
