Compression Short Out
Jockstrap VS Compression Shorts?
Which is better for Squash and working out in the gym because my compression shorts are getting to small. Also, I’ve never worn a Jockstrap and I’m 15 and I should I wear a Cup?
Unless you expect to be hit in the nuts a lot, compression shorts work just fine. Cups can dig into your thighs with excess movement. Plus if you wore a cup while lifting weights you would just look weird and like you are trying to impress your package. Just don’t do that ever.
