What are the best ways to shift stubborn belly fat and tone the abs?
I’m fairly slim (5′2″ weighing 7st 11lbs) but my abs are untoned and seem to be covered by a thin but stubborn layer of fat. I eat a healthy calorie-controlled diet and try to do at least 20-30 minutes of cardio every day.
Would high impact dance and aerobic workouts combined with resistance band training be the best way to go?
What has worked for other people? 
Yoga would seem your best course of action, as also would stopping obsessing about your body and learn to love it as YOU!
5′2″ and 7st 11 lbs, that thin stubborn layer of fat is what stops you splitting when you reach up to get your special K from the top shelf in the supermarket!
Keep on loosing weight, dye your hair blonde and have a tramp stamp to look like a carbon copy of all the other idiots out there……….get real, love yourself you skinny minx!
