All I Have Is A Curl Bar And Weights That Add Up To 50 Pounds?
Is It Possible To Build Muscle And Get Stronger Using Just That? Because I’ve Been Trying But I Don’t Think It’s Heavy Enough For Me. But It’s All I Got.

Well if you’re already able to do more than 6 reps for any given exercise with those, you need to get heavier weights. You could increase reps, which will work to a point, but it will take much longer to see muscle gains, more in terms of size than strength though.
If your dumbbells allow for it, get heavier plates. Or join a gym (find one at http://www.reviewagym.com)
