how should a sport cup feel?
OK i do MMA and sometimes teach younger kids who cant seem to aim higher even when i get on my knees and i do kicks excessively while sparring and i don’t wear a cup because its uncomfortable since i got it when i was 10 I’m 15 now so yeah get the picture. so how should it feel constricting or loose because i need to start wearing one cause my sis isn’t gonna carry on any family names and i need to continue with my kicks. Thats what you should get right there, thats what I use. And it should be tight enough to wear if you hit it, it wont bounce around and hurt you “down there”.
But you don’t want it so tight that you lose all feeling
