Drive Elliptical Trainer
NordicTrack commercial 1300 elliptical trainer- what is the travel distance from bottom to top in inches?
My trainer had the ramp quite high when I first plugged it in but it drove down and now the whole travel is only about 1-2” it looks like it should be able to travel farther than that, and I find the stride, in the range it moves, uncomfortable. The arm with the wheel does not get anywhere near vertical at the max (60 degrees on the display if I remember correctly) there seems to be plenty of clearance for it to move farther.
I just bought this yesterday and was having the same problem. If you look in the manual, towards the back, there are instructions for trouble-shooting and calibrating the ramp. When I calibrated the ramp, it took care of the problem.
