Elliptical Trainer Treadmill
Which do you prefer: treadmill or elliptical?
I’m giving my knees a rest and using the elliptical trainer. Plus,i need to concentrate on my upper body. But the treadmill isn’t exactly gathering dust in my garage. I try to balance between the two.Which do you use more? Thanks. X Sarah
100% elliptical. I hate a treadmill. I lost from a size 12 to a size 6 in six weeks doing the elliptical (the weight loss program setting) and eating healthy. I didn’t lose many pounds but boy did I lose inches.
