What are the most effective fitness (weight loss) games available for Wii?
My goal for this year is to lose about 30 pounds. I do exercise pretty regularly, but I want some fun fitness games for my Wii to help me reach my goal as well. I think it’d be easier (and cheaper) to exercise in the comfort of my own home, which is why I want to use my Wii to help.
Does Wii Fit actually help you lose weight? And are there other Wii fitness games that are effective in helping you lose weight?
Your Shape is great for cardio workouts. You can target different areas plus adjust how much time you want to exercise.
Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout is “shape boxing”. Workout out by doing boxing moves. I love it and it is great for my arms and legs.
Biggest Loser is also very good. It has a lot of exercises that work several body parts at once. It gets your heart rate going without jumping around.
I use these all on a regular basis and I have found that I have toned up a lot over the past few months.
