Im on diet but still put on weight…:(?
Im on diet almost 2 months. I give up sweets, i eat healthy food , i don’t eat fatty food. i start swimming ,aqua fitness…
im put on weight,,, my belly is bigger than 2 months ago;/
i dont know what to do…
for breakfast i drank carrot juice and i eat cottage cheese with tomatoes.
for dinner … cooked chicken and spinach
and during the day dried apples…
do u think slimming pills it’s a good idea?
I like green tea so i can drink 
If your female is it the wrong time of the month? Especially if you were losing weight and have started putting it back on.
If not then I suggest you see a Doctor and ask them what they suggest you do about losing the weight.
When I was in early stages of pregnancy I consulted my Doctor about having just joined Weight Watchers and he said that this was the best diet to follow. All the others are rubbish fads that won’t last long.
I know the meetings are expensive but can’t you join, collect the paperwork and then do it at home by yourself?
This is what I do.
Just read your additional items, I have noticed that you have a few dried fruit, when I eat them I bloat up, have terrible wind and then have to sit on the toilet for a while, could this be early stages of the fruit?
As for me personally, slimming pills are not good. You rely on them and then hen you stop taking them, you pile on the weight and you have to go back onto them. I have worked out why I overeat and have taken steps to stop it when I want to eat.
