strange lump on arm?
last week i noticed that my right arm on the backside just above the elbow had a swollen area about the size of a grape it was a bit purple and hurt very badly to touch. after a few days the swelling went away,but now there is a small hard lump there. the lump is about the size of a pea and very hard almost feels like bone. my elbow is really sore . it hurts to make a fist or flex my arm at all. i cant even lift a cup without a high level of pain.
does anyone know what may be the problem. i dont remember hitting my arm or elbow on anything it seems as if the lump just appeared one night and now i have this pain and small hard lump. please help
I had something similar on my wrist that gave me problems for months until I finally went to the Doctor. What they found was what they called a Calcium growth. I had to have it removed with minor surgery and all has been great since then.
It would probably be a good idea to go have a doctor check out the lump.
