I ran a 11.5 in the 100 my freshmen year i ran a 55 n the 400 8th grade year im running indoor now what do u?
think i can run in the 100 by the end of outdoor and the 400…im training in indoor track right now do you think i can be around 11 and possibly break into 10.99 or something and do you think i can possibly get about a 50.5 in the 400…im willing to train hard and i am training hard…so any suggestions let me know thanks for all you that reply!!!
Make sure that you talk to your track coach as they will ppoint you in the right direction. 11.5 – sub 11 take a lot of work and very few run sub 11.
There are lots of book on sprint training read lots of them and take what is relevant to you.
