Is it possible to do college gymnastics with no experience?
Well I have experience but not High School Experience.
I’m only 14 now just asking.
My form is decent and I really wanna do Gymnastics in college.
My High School doesn’t have a gymnastics club.
Their is no Gymnastic schools/places near me at all.
If I train the basics and condition my body to learn harder moves by the time I’m in college would I have a shot?
I do gymnastics at home. (I have pads and all that real gyms do to use.)
What would be the gymnastic requirements for the colleges?
I know not all colleges are the same but in the US what are the highest requirements for – Floor, Vault, Beam, Bars, Pommel.
Wow, tough predicament. I recommend you call one or more of the colleges you would consider attending, and ask them what you could do to prepare to be on the team, and what the requirements will be. You still have 4 years to prepare, good luck.
