Best overall workout accessory for home?
Recently got my body fat down to were I want it, got about 10 lbs to go… Now that I’m back to my desired weight, I look much more toned but still a bit on the flabby side. Just want to work on muscle density.
Would push ups, chin ups, pull ups, situps, crunches, dips and a pair of dumbbells be enough to finish things off?
If so, is the IronGym door mount bar or something similar do the trick? Other suggestions? Have a small apartment, no room for equipment, no gym and just not into going to a regular gym.
I should note, I’ve lost about 20 lbs so far from cycling… My legs and butt are lean, dense, toned, etc… Just need to work the torso, mostly arms and chest and some work on core areas would be good.
A medicine ball. You can get them at any sports store, or even walmart.
You can tone and stretch your muscles to your perfect body.
