Iron Pull Chin
When will I see my pull-up results?
I started doing pull-ups on the Iron Gym about a week ago. I do about 50-60 pull-ups varying in wide grip and chin-ups. I also do about 50 pushups and dips, and take a protein shake after. I do this every other day. So, how long would it take to see results doing this? And if you have any other workout suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them. Thanks in Advance!
It will effect soon. This protein shake will work within 2-3 weeks. But you can also see their destructive side effects very soon also, which are very dangerous.
