how long should i rope jump?
i dont jump based on the time, rather i count the number of jumps that i do. about how many jump should i do to amount to a substantial work out time?
Time is really based on your fitness level. Maximum rope
jumping time is 30 minutes but if your best is 10 minutes
then that is also good. As an individual, you have to see how you feel while you are jumping. Don’t over extend yourself if you feel very weak. Push yourself to do one or two more jumps each day. Right now you are doing the best thing. Go by how you feel and count your jumps rather than check the clock however, it is not safe to go over 30mins.
