hi
i just started boxing.. and its like monday boxing (plus i can workout before or after) tuesday kick boxing and thrusday its like training… kickboxing + boxing u know kicking heavy bags, speed bag, jump rope ( for legs ) sparring. so im like 5 11 145 lb i wanna gain some weight and workout like crazy to get kinda ripped. is it good if i take protein shakes in the morning and at night everyday (mixed with creatine and how much creatine????) and i can work out like tricep + bicep monday, tuesday chest + shoulders and rest other days maybe workout idk… u think its good??
how long?? idk til im kinda in a good shape with like good lookin arms body u know…
But how long is this going to last – until the novelty wears off? That’s a lot of work & dedication needed to accomplish your goals. Doesn’t leave much time for anything else.
