Why am i sleepy after exercise?
i used to be 150lbs and i’m 5′6. This was during college. i graduated two years ago and sorta became a couch potato. mostly due to not having a job so no money to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I’m taking full time classes at a college to get my masters. Any way, i’m really out of shape and want to lose weight. im in the 200 mark. I recently started just brisk walking for 30-45 minutes. that’s all i can do right now. when i get home i get sooooooooo sleepy. i’m eating healthy and watching portion sizes but after exercising, it’ makes me wanna sleep for long periods and i feel like i have no energy afterwards and muscle fatigue.
Am i doing something wrong or do i need to see a doctor?
you should do more exercise for shorter periods of time.
You should see a doctor about any change in your lifestyle to do with fitness so yeah
