Mini Elliptical Trainer
Is my diet and exercise plan a good one to maintain and never gain weight?
Breakfast- nonfat Greek yogurt(140 cals) with mixed berries. 1 cup chocolate soy milk (70 cals 1 gm of sugar)
Exercise: 20 minutes elliptical trainer, 1 hour body pump class, 10-15 minutes indoor cycle.
Post workout- 1 mini golden spoon(150 cals and 15.5 g of sugar)
Lunch- 1 cup red lentil soup, 1 slice ezekiel bread, side of veggies.
Snack- broccoli, cabbage, carrots, zucchini, and 12 oz fresh strawberries.
Dinner- 1 cod fish
I exercise atleast 6 times a week 4 of those days I do intense 1 hour indoor cycle. I do body pump twice a week. Elliptical for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week.
Btw I only treat myself to golden spoon on Saturday’s and Wednesday’s. Wednesday is like my cheat day so I get a bigger size and replace lunch with it; bad idea?

Btw this is just what I ate today I don’t eat exactly like this everyday although my breakfast is usually the same.
The BMI calculator shows you are in the normal range. I can’t evaluate your eating plan as I don’t know if all your nutritional needs are met. I just wonder how you will finish school, go to university, get married, hold a job, have children, and still expect to have time for this exercise routine. I also wonder if you are getting enough calcium, iron, calories, leafy greens and variety of protein, rather than too many carbs. So, I would assume, time will tell. You are only 16 and quite thin. So, as you go through life, just stay within ten lbs of your current weight by however means, and see how it goes. Regarding, cheat day, if you eat properly, then there is no need to cheat. Everyday is a good day.
