Muscle Exercise Belt
Is there any benefit and/or harm in wearing a belt to hold in your stomach?
I am trying to lose weight and my main problem area is my stomach. I am wondering if wearing a belt around my stomach to help encourage me to hold my stomach in has any benefit or danger? I am thinking that it may help to strengthen and tone my abdominal muscles, but I am not sure.
I am eating a healthy diet, doing about 30-60 minutes (or more) of aerobic exercise a day. I am also going to start to add in upper, lower, and abdominal workouts at the gym.
The belt will only weaken your stomach muscles. Do 3 sessions of 10 stomach crunches per day to help strengthen the muscles.
