Fitness Advice?
Hi, I’m 5′1 and weight about 139 lbs. You might think that this looks fat but basically I look “ok”. I’m not thin but I am a size 6 in most brands. I used to want to be very thin but I just dont think that my build is for that. I have a pretty good sized butt and am heavy chested. I need help. A few years ago I did get fat and thank goodness I was able to loose 45 lbs through pure calorie ristriction. I dont think that I can ever be that hard core again, but I would like to loose another 20 lbs. I still want to stay curvy but fit. I dont want to loose anymore butt. I want a tight stomach. I am a full time worker and overloaded science student. I do have a gym membership but can hardly go b/c of having to work or study. ok can you suggest anything, eating plans, short but effective home based workouts, butt exercises, exercises to lift my chest muscles, good diet supplements. I have tried everything and I’m holding steady at this dumb weight.
First is, what is your body frame type? You can check that by using your thumb and ring finger of one hand and wrapping it around the wrist of the other hand. If the two overlap, you’re small. Touch but barely, medium. Can’t clasp together, large frame.
