what is the best zombie 30.06 ammo?
there are two groups of 30.06 shooters
the ones who talk about controlled opening nolser partitions that are designed to go through 4 feet of a bull elk’s front shoulder.
The other gorup just talk about paper punching and not terminal ballistics. single hole groups matter – not what happens after the bullet hits the target.
Now i’m not looking for either. I want a basic old fashioned hollow point, that is gonna open as soon as it hits zombie flesh and drop that undead monster on the spot.
Now what is a good, reliable, inexpensive round that fits the bill?
The gun will be a Browning BAR MKII satin. i am very interested in throwing an eotech on top of it too since it doesnt have irons.
Minute of zombie at 200yds is mandatory, min of zombie at 400yds is desirable with just the red dot.
girlfriend’s at work, broncos played yesterday. i got a PBR and am enjoying the evening 
whatever you can buy the cheapest, because zombies tend to travel in packs, but are easy to put down.
however, pack a few high performance 30-06 cartridges, you never know when you will run across a zombie grizzly bear, and then you’d wish you has a 338 winmag, but use what you got.
