How long should I jump rope to get a good cardio workout?
And how many calories would I burn in like a half hour? Any other suggestions for fun and upbeat workouts?
30 minutes of slow jumproping will burn 480 calories
30 minutes of fast jumproping will burn 540 calories
(not that big of a difference, huh?)
I love to dance– all cardio is good for you. Dancing, stairclimbing, running through the park, biking, swimming…. all sorts of stuff!
