What do people think of Jow Ga Kung Fu and its sanshou ability? Is it practical for self defence?
What do people think I should train in for self defence; Jow Ga or Wing Chun kung fu?
Even though I am partial to Wing Chun you should study a martial art that is taught by an instructor that is dedicated to their students learning and not their money. As long as you have a good instructor it really doesn’t matter what youy learn.
