Do xc spikes really make a difference?
Because I bought some that are light but kid of heavy their Saucony Kilkeny’s Xc 3, But I was thinking of getting the Nike Zoom Victory, would it made a difference

Nike zoom victory, 4.5 ounces
yea!!! they really do track spikes too they cut my time by a lot, their wayyy lighter than training shoes and they allow you to run much quicker cuz your pulling less weight. Go with the nike well it actually doesn’t matter as long as their lighter than regular shoes, if the nikes are uncomfortable go with the other ones.
