Is it ok to wear a conservative, solid-colored pink (not hot pink) suit (with a skirt) to an interview?
I just became a Mary Kay consultant and would really like to buy a nice pink suit. I’m also interested in obtaining a new full-time job and would like the suit to serve a dual purpose for that.
A pink suit would be fine for certain types of interviews…like at the jewelry counter, and could be toned down with a solid darker color button-down. If you plan on getting a better job then your local mall….leave the pink at home. It will get you noticed in the wrong way.
