Space Saver
has anyone used the Space saver bags?
We plan to use them for a one way car trip and then throw them out. However I have heard they don’t work. Tell me about who they worked for you or anyone you know.
The space saver bags are great. I had this huge dress coat and I put it in there last year – shrunk it with my vaccum hose. Now I opened it up for this year and put my summer things in the bag. Great storage – everything was just as fresh as I put them in. When traveling though – I had to borrow the maid’s vaccum to shrink them back so they would fit in my suitcase.
Great for storage and travel. Whoever told you they won’t work probably tried to put too much in them. They work I got eight sweaters in the mid-size storage bag. Don’t throw them out. They are great for storage of items in your car trunk. Extra pillow or blanket in case of stranded in winter-time.
