How long to get back into Sports with a Hairline fracture in wrist?

can you still cheer or gymnastics with a hairline fracture in my wrist. Would it hurt really bad if u did? i would only be stunting if not how long will it take to get back into it

If you take the right nutrients, that crack should be totally healed within 11 days. I have personally seen this happen with an x-rayed crack in a femur bone. The crack was not visible after 6 days according to x-rays viewed by a doctor on the case.

The body has an innate intelligence that is really quite wonderful. If you give the body the right nutrients, it knows exactly what to do with them. Doctors have NO clue about nutrition and it’s affects on the body. They treat symptoms and use drugs and surgery as their weapons against disease. This gives the body “make believe health” that does not focus on health, just treating symptoms to relieve pain and symptoms, not “root causes” of disease.

Broken bones or hairline fractures can require resetting and this is what doctors can do for you. In regard to speeding up or getting your body to repair based on good sound nutritional information, they do not do that.
