Stair Stepper Exercise
Exercise equipment for fit Alzheimers patient?
I need something small, stable, and simple to use to help an Alzheimers patient exercise during the winter. He lives in a small room in assisted living. His body is fine, but his brain doesn’t work. I am thinking maybe like a stair stepper or a bike, but it has to be pretty small since his room isn’t that big. He loves to exercise and needs a routine. Links to products? Ideas for activities? The staff can tell him “time for your exercise” but they don’t supervise.

Or YOU make an exercise video for him. It would be personal. He could see you everyday.
He would have a sense of value….even if he doesn’t know why.
But in my experience with Alzheimer’s patients anything with music
from their youth gets them going.
