Which protein powder would you say would be the best between Syntha6 and Lean Pro Matrix?
I’m looking for a good solid protein that is Lean. I compared the two and The Pro Matrix seems really good as far as low carbs, fat, and cholesterol. My biggest problem is belly fat, I weigh 150 which is solid for my height, I just want bigger arms and a more toned full body. I’ve been doin lots of cardio and running I just need to hit weights. I was wondering does a protein have to have high fat and calories to bulk up? *I know diet plays a major role* Or maybe Syntha6 is something I need to continue on? May purchase Pro matrix this week. One last thing is N.O. Explode worth the hype, if so is it better then Jack3d? thanks!!
You want to use an *all-natural* whey protein supplement. The fewer ingredients the better, as a general rule.
All-natural Stelvia (derived from leaves of a certain plant family) is the best natural non-sugar sweetener to use in them.
All-natural Cocoa Powder (for chocolate flavor whey protein) is the best flavor, because cocoa powder is highly packed with antioxidants (more than 12x that of blueberries per same weight amount).
Don’t overdo it on the protein drinks, and remember that your body can only absorb/utilize about 30g or so of protein every 3 hours at a time…with the rest being stored as fat or whatever. Excessive protein intake also strains the kidneys pretty badly, so pace consumption out properly.
