i recently signed up for kickboxing and my classes start on monday, and we are required to wear mu-thai shorts. but my question is what should i wear during training under my shorts, like should i wear a cup or a strap. etc..
could you please be a bit specific and if you could recommened anything please do.

yeah wear a strap and bring a cup just incase you start sparring…better safe than sorry. You might also want to pick up some wraps for your hands. Have fun bro!
