Are ninja throwing stars illegal in Texas?
i am 12 and my karate Teacher teached me how to use them and where to throw them at for the kill do you know if there illegal cause i think there pretty cool.
No they are not. Unless you conceal them then they are. Which is stupid because you would look way more crazy if you were walking around with them in your hand. But ya your safe… as for the people around you that’s open for debate.
