Toner Toning Belts
AB Toner Belt, should I get one?
I was wanting to order an AB Toner Belt. I was wanting to know what kinds of belts you have used and whether they have worked or not. I work out on a regular basis and have a very physically demanding job but I want a nicer toned look. I’m female, 5′0, 105 pds., 21 years old and 26 in. waist line, big hips though. Do you think this would work for me? I’m actually wanting a smaller more firm bottom. Any suggestions? Thanks.

All of those fancy ab gadgets are a waste of money if you want to tone up and get leaner you need to start strength training at least 3 times per week. Doing total body workouts that use all multi joint exercises.
Squats
Push ups
Lunges
Pull ups
Dead lifts
You could do those 5 exercises in a row with no rest between 8-10 reps for 3 sets, 2 mins rest between sets
For the ab workouts i would recommend checking out http://dailyabworkouts.com these are the best ab workouts I have ever tried.
I have been doing them for only 2 weeks and I can already see my 6 pack, by far the best $15 I have ever spent, plus you can do the workouts anywhere
