Which heavy bag to buy? Boon or Twins or Everlast?
I’m looking to buy a heavy bag for home use. So far, I’ve shortlisted 3.

I’ve heard nothing but good reviews of Boon belly-pads and gloves (personally tried the gloves and they’re the best) but have never seen or heard anyone use the heavy bags.
The Twins heavy bags looks identical to the heavy bags I used when I was training in Thailand. Same colour same design, except that those at the camp I was at was branded as “Muay Thai” instead of “Twins”.
Never knew Everlast to be a good muay thai brand but have seem some good reviews on this bag. And it’s long enough to allow me to practise low kicks but not too long such that I need to hang it very high up. http://reviews.walmart.com/1336/10284816/reviews.htm
Would like to seek you guys’ views on this.
Well I have an everlast, $99 at wally world and about 80 lbs, sand and rope fill, I think. I like it and the only problem I can think of with it is that after so long, all the sand sank to the bottom, so all my kicks below the waist are hitting a solid target. If you do not shin condition then it will get you well on your way.
Other than, the bag has lasted through quite a bit, and I do real MA’s, not the powerless new age ones that you see on TV.
