Two Tier Dumbbell
What is this blue pastic ring inside of this “M10 Nut”?
I’m putting together a two tier dumbbell rack, and there are these “Bolts M10*23″ that are supposed to screw into “Nuts M10″, but these “Nuts M10″ have a blue ring inside of them that seems to be plastic. Do I pluck them out, or tighten the Bolt through them?

it’s called a “nylock”, it’s made of nylon and intended to lock the nut onto the bolt. Just bolt right through it, it will prevent the nut from loosening inadvertently.
