What is the best womens running shoes for someone with very low arches?
Brand or shoe?
Since you have flat feet, you need to get shoes that have medial support. Some of the shoes i would recommend you wear is the Brooks Adrenaline GTS or Asics GT 2150. They are good for overpronators.
